Our client is a Software solutions provider seeking a Software Support Analyst to join our growing team. No two days are the same in this dynamic role, where you will provide high-quality support to our clients for the Accounting Software products. Whether you're resolving customer queries, assisting with software upgrades, or contributing to process improvements, your work will directly impact client success.
What will you be doing?
- Managing and prioritising customer calls and emails.
- Resolving technical queries via phone, email, or remote access.
- Collaborating with colleagues to escalate or address complex issues.
- Installing software updates and patches.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of your work.
- Supporting the documentation of processes and procedures.
