Are you an ambitious solicitor looking to grow your career in commercial property law?A leading firm in Ashford, partnering with TN Recruits Law, is offering the perfect role for a driven and collaborative legal professional to join their team.The Role at a Glance
  • Location: Ashford
  • Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm)
  • Specialisation: Commercial Property
Your ResponsibilitiesAs a valued member of the team, you’ll:
  • Handle junior lease work and a broad spectrum of commercial property matters.
  • Manage transactions for freehold and leasehold properties in diverse sectors (offices, shops, farms, warehouses, factories, and more).
  • Negotiate and draft commercial leases and tenancy agreements.
  • Support residential and commercial estate development projects.
  • Provide expert advice on planning applications and manage appeals where necessary.

  • Experience: Solicitor with 0-5 years PQE.
  • Skills: Strong drafting and communication abilities.
