Mechanical Site Manager - Water Industry

Location:East Kent Region
Start Date: Mid-January
Duration: Ongoing (initial contract until May/June)

GRS are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join our Client for upcoming projects in the clean water industry. This role involves overseeingupgrade works on live Water Treatment sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise mechanical works on live water treatment sites.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth project operations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and enforce health and safety compliance.
  • Manage Temporary Works and oversee adherence to site-specific requirements.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in the clean water industry
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
  • Valid CSCS Card.
  • Temporary Works Supervisor qualification.
  • EUSR National Water Hygiene certificate.
  • Valid First Aid and Fire Marshal certifications.
