We're seeking an experienced Site Manager on behalf of a reputable developer for a new 50-unit retirement living project in Kent. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a high-quality development, ensuring timely delivery and excellence at every stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring the project runs on time and within budget.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth workflow.
- Ensure site safety and full compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain strict quality control and monitor progress against deadlines.
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently and report regularly to senior management.
- Lead and motivate the site team to deliver top-quality results.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Site Manager experience in residential or retirement living projects.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of construction methods, building regs, and safety standards.
- Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management (e.g., HNC, HND, degree)
