Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Home Ownership Manager to lead the operational day-to-day management of Homeownership team.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Home Ownership Manager:
- Lead the strategic development of the homeownership service improvement plan
- Collaborate with the service charge accountant to ensure accurate management of both variable and fixed service charges
- Oversee the homeownership programme ensuring it complies with relevant laws, regulations and service standards, including rent, service charges and homeowners' rights
- Oversee budget monitoring and income collection
- Lead and motivate the homeownership team to meet KPIs and goals
- Ensure that homeowners receive excellent service, addressing complaints, and ensuring the team remains customer-focused by acting on feedback and working toward continuous improvement.
Essential Requirements of the Home Ownership Manager:
- Previous experience within leasehold and shared ownership
- Experience in calculating variable service charges
