What you will do:- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services within the community, attending to patients' individual needs with skill and care. - Assess, plan, and implement specialist rehabilitation programmes to support patients' recovery and independence. - Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care to service users. - Identify opportunities where patients can be treated at home, minimising the need for hospital visits. - Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes. - Travel across East Kent, providing exceptional care to a diverse range of patients within their own homes or community settings.

Requirements of the Physiotherapist:- Qualified physiotherapist with a degree or equivalent in physiotherapy. - Recent UK experience within specialised physiotherapy settings, bringing fresh perspective and ideas. - Registered with the HCPC as a physiotherapist ready to work in the UK. - NHS experience is a plus but not mandatory; we're looking for the right attitude and skills.
