Future Build Recruitment is currently seeking a Building Estimator to join a well-established construction main contractorsestimating team on a permanent basis. The company are well established and typically deliver new build commercial projects as well as refurbishment schemes across education, commercial and transportation sectors up to 15m in value.
This role is open to both experienced and junior candidates who are looking to develop their careers within the industry. This is a full-time office-based role, with a flexible working arrangement available following a successful probation period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for refurbishment and new build projects across various sectors.
- Work on rail-related building projects in public-access areas.
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation using Excel and Word.
- Collaborate with the team to review project specifications and client requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Building Estimator OR a strong desire to develop skills in this field as a Junior Estimator.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
