ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Ashford, TW15

Salary: OTE £40 - £45k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced instruction winning Assistant Sales Manager to work for and independent estate agency in the Ashford, TW15 area.

You will need to be a committed team player, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for selling residential property as well as having the ability to perform well in a highly competitive property market.

You will be assisting in ensuring the Branch wins valuable new business, is profitable, and retains current clients and delivers exceptional customer service.

You will need to be smart, punctual, reliable, well-spoken and articulate, whilst being driven and focused. You will need to be able to thrive in a faced-paced, pressurised environment. 

Previous experience in Residential Estate Agency is essential, and the ideal candidate will currently be at either Assistant Sales Manager or Senior Sales Negotiator level and have significant instruction winning skills.

Skills required for this Assistant Sales Managerrole will include:

• Full UK driving license required
• Local knowledge of the Ashford, TW15 area is preferred
