What Youll Do:

  • Create Meaningful Impact: Conduct care assessments and create personalised plans that meet not just physical needs but the emotional and social aspirations of our clients.

  • Be a Champion for Wellbeing: Use evidence-based approaches, like the PERMA model, to enhance clients overall quality of life, fostering joy, purpose, and connection.

  • Build Relationships That Matter: Form strong bonds with clients, families, and the local community, ensuring everyone feels heard, valued, and supported.

What Youll Bring:

  • Essential:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

  • Experience in domiciliary care, including care planning and assessments.

  • Knowledge of CQC standards and compliance requirements.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle.

  • Desirable:

  • Marketing or business development experience.

  • Familiarity with Ashfords community networks.

  • Leadership experience in care settings.
