Build Relationships That Matter: Form strong bonds with clients, families, and the local community, ensuring everyone feels heard, valued, and supported.

What Youll Bring:
Essential:
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Experience in domiciliary care, including care planning and assessments.
Knowledge of CQC standards and compliance requirements.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle.
Desirable:
Marketing or business development experience.
Familiarity with Ashfords community networks.
Leadership experience in care settings.
