Freightserve recruitment is seeking an Import Customer Service Clerk for a reputable Freight Forwarder located in Ashford, Middlesex.
The role involves customer service via telephone and email, liaising with customers and overseas offices, providing quotations, monitoring shipments, and handling queries.
Candidates should possess good communication skills and IT proficiency, particularly in Excel and Word.
The position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and offers a salary of £25,000 per year.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm.

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Import Customer Service Clerk for a well-established Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Ashford, Middlesex area.

Daily Duties:-

Customer Services (Telephone and emails)
Liaising with customers and overseas offices
Quotations
Monitoring shipments through to delivery
Arranging shipments
Dealing with any queries and general office duties

Required Experience:-

Good communication skills
IT skills (Excel and Word)

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
