Description
Key responsibilities for Finance Business Partner
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Working closely with the Accounting & Finance department to provide insightful financial data.
- Providing financial support and guidance to stakeholders at all levels.
- Driving continuous improvement in processes and systems within the Finance department.
- Participating in strategic planning and decision making.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborating with other team members on finance-related projects.
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Support the preparation of in-year and year end periodic financial statements including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, cashflow statements
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- CIMA or equivalent professional qualification
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner in the property industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to work.
- An ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Experience of working in a housebuilding/contracting team (min 3 years)
- Experience of financial forecasting and management
