Finance Director

An excellent opportunity to join the Executive Leadership Team in a vibrant, multi-stream organisation.The CompanyAn economic regeneration company engaged in a wide range of investment, development and regeneration activities with the purpose of generating opportunity and improved prosperity for the community it serves, through commercial and residential property development and investment, estate management and inward investment.The RoleIn summary, the Director of Finance will be responsible for providing the lead on establishing a suitable finance model for the business in line with shareholder expectations, together with developing appropriate structure and processes to ensure the effective and sustained financial performance of the organisation. It is the Director of Finance's responsibility to lead the day-to-day financial operations of the company, to support the business plan and lead on financial reporting in support of the Chief Executive Officer, in addition to developing a framework of professional advisers for the Group. The role involves working with the executive team and board members to ensure financial best practice and reporting, together with all statutory compliance requirements.
