This role involves delivering lessons across Level 1 Health and Social Care as well as T-Level Health, with a focus on developing students' basic clinical skills.In addition to teaching, the successful candidate should be capable of taking on Programme Leadership responsibilities, ensuring the smooth delivery of the curriculum and supporting students in achieving their goals.Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Level 1 Health and Social Care and T-Level Health courses
  • Deliver basic clinical skills training to health students
  • Take on Programme Leadership responsibilities
  • Support and guide students in their academic and practical learning
  • Maintain up-to-date records of student progress and assessments
About YouThe ideal candidate will have a background in health or social care, with practical experience in delivering clinical skills training. You should be a strong leader, capable of managing the programme and supporting students through their learning journey.Requirements
