  • Handling invoices and entering them onto the purchase ledger with precision.

  • Responding to inbound calls from customers and suppliers with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Ordering office supplies to keep the workspace well-stocked and organised.
  • Preparing meeting rooms for clients to create welcoming environments.
  • Keeping client records up to date on internal systems for accurate tracking.
  • Handling reactive ad-hoc tasks that require flexibility and creativity.
