Class 1 Driver
Location: Newton Heath occasionally Cheadle Hulme
Pay rates: 16.00 - 20.35 depending on shift
Shift times: Typically working Monday to Friday 9- 10 hours per day (Flexibility is required)
- Days - Usually start between 04:00 and 08:00
- Nights - Usually start between 16.00 and 18.00
We're looking for full-time Class 1 Days Drivers to join our team at our Newton Heath site, supporting a national drinks and logistics distribution client. This is a great opportunity to expand your career with a world-leading company.
About the role:
- Deliveries to other depots (singles drops - occasional maximum 2 drops)
- No hand balling
- Reporting vehicle defects
- Ensuring vehicles have been loaded correctly
Requirements:
- (C+E) licence / Digi tacho & CPC cards
- 2 years minimum C+E driving experience
- Maximum 6 points for minor offences
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Customer service skills required
