Key Responsibilities for the Teaching Assistant:

  • Assist pupils with engagement, behaviour management, and emotional regulation.
  • Adapt learning materials to support different learning styles as a Teaching Assistant.
  • Provide additional classroom support during SATs preparation.

Requirements for the Teaching Assistant:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, classroom assistant, or working with children is desirable.
  • A positive, patient, and proactive approach to working with children.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff as a Teaching Assistant.
