Your new job role

  • Providing high quality, evidence-based, and person-centred care to patients with acute mental health problems
  • Working as part of a multidisciplinary team and liaising with other services and agencies
  • Undertaking comprehensive risk assessments, management plans and referrals
  • Providing brief crisis interventions and follow-up appointments for individuals
  • Developing and implementing care plans and recovery goals with patients and their carers
  • Supervising and supporting junior staff and students
  • Participating in clinical audit, research, and service development activities

  • Registered RMN
  • Having experience of working in acute mental health settings and with complex cases
  • Having excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
