Production Operative, Aspatria

Our client, a global manufacturing leader, is entering a peak production period and is seeking temporary Production Operatives for ongoing support. As a Manufacturing Operative, you will work in a factory environment, playing a key role in the production process. Your main duties will include lifting and moving products, meeting set targets, and adhering to strict deadlines. This is a physically demanding role, so we are looking for candidates who are physically fit and capable of maintaining a fast-paced workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling and moving products as part of the production process
Assisting in making the product
Meeting production targets within specified deadlines
Following all health and safety regulations and operational procedures
Working as part of a team to ensure smooth production operations

Requirements:

Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, or production environment
Physically strong to perform manual handling tasks
Strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team
Ability to follow safety guidelines and operational processes effectively

Shift Details:

Backshift working pattern over Monday- Friday
Pay rate: 12.27 per hour plus shift allowance
