A Multi Trade Operative is needed for a social housing contract in the Atherstone area.
The role offers a salary of £22 per hour and includes weekly pay and a supplied van.
Candidates should have experience in trades or qualifications in Carpentry or Plastering, along with a valid driving license.
Social housing experience and a willingness to undergo a basic DBS check are also required.
Additional skills in other trades and experience with job delivery apps are desirable but not mandatory.

I am currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative to work on a social housing contract around the Atherstone area. This Multi Trade Operative will be expected to carry out reactive maintenance on tenanted and void properties.What you can expect as a Multi Trade Operative;

Weekly pay
£22 per hour
Van supplied
Long term contract

As a Multi Trade Operative we need you to have;

Experience in trades or a qualification in either Carpentry or Plastering
Conscientious and aware of Health and Safety
Driving licence
Social housing experience
Willingness to have a basic DBS check.

The ability to complete jobs in trades other than your core trade, including plastering, tiling, carpentry and plumbing.
