Our client are looking for a Restaurant Quality Assistant to assist with running their corporate restaurant that they have onsite, for their internal and external stakeholder events.

A very unique role for someone who is passionate about delivering professional and high quality service within a fast paced environment.

Job Duties:

  • Preparing the onsite restaurant for important meetings/events, ensuring the tables are presentatable
  • Shopping for high quality ingredients at reputable stores on behalf of the Chef
  • Clearing down the kitchen and restaurant, ready for the next sampling tasting meeting
  • Logging receipts on Excel sheets / data entry
  • Answering any queries from the Managing Directors / business owners / external holders
  • Delivering top quality meals to certain parts of Head Office
  • Any other ad hoc kitchen and restaurant duties within reason (loading dishwasher, emptying bins if necessary)

Candidate specification

  • Experience within hospitality or events is key!
  • Presentable and professional
  • Articulate and clear communication skills
  • Confident in communicating with senior staff/stakeholders
  • Must be able to drive (company can provide pool car)
  • Must be able to start the job ASAP (24th Feb the latest)
