I am currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative to work on a social housing contract around the Atherstone area. This Multi Trade Operative will be expected to carry out reactive maintenance on tenanted and void properties.

What you can expect as a Multi Trade Operative;

Weekly pay
22 per hour
Van supplied
Long term contract

As a Multi Trade Operative we need you to have;

Experience in trades or a qualification in either Carpentry or Plastering
Conscientious and aware of Health and Safety
Driving licence
Social housing experience
Willingness to have a basic DBS check.

I would be really excited if you have:

The ability to complete jobs in trades other than your core trade, including plastering, tiling, carpentry and plumbing.
Experience in using PDA or an app that delivers jobs onto a smart phone
