Description
- Lead and motivate the store team to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure store operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with all company standards and legal requirements
- Maintain store appearance and stock levels to provide a positive shopping experience for customers
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll and reporting
- Implement store promotions and monitor their success
- Address customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Train and develop team members, providing regular feedback and recognising performance
- Stay informed about retail market trends and implement necessary changes
Profile
A successful Store Manager should have:
- Proven retail management experience in a large-format store
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities in a fast-paced business
- Ability to manage and enhance the store's performance in high-volume retail
- Commercial awareness coupled with a strategic mindset
- Outstanding organisational and decision-making skills
Job Offer
- Competitive salary of between £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
- Flexible 40 or 45-hour contracts
