About Us:Think Community Partnership are working with a well-established Housing Association committed to providing safe, secure, and comfortable homes for residents. We are now looking for a compassionate and dedicated Scheme Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential scheme in Atherstone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the housing scheme, ensuring the well-being of all residents.
  • Act as the main point of contact for residents, addressing their concerns and providing assistance when needed.
  • Carry out regular health and safety checks, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
  • Support residents with tenancy-related issues and liaise with external support services as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, incidents, and support services provided.
  • Work closely with the housing management team to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Facilitate community activities and events within the scheme to encourage a positive living environment.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a housing or care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A compassionate and supportive attitude towards residents.
  • Knowledge of relevant housing legislation and health and safety procedures (desirable).
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
