Sales Development Executive

Atkinson Moss are delighted to be supporting their client in search for a new Sales Development Executive. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, team player with experience in business development, identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to support with continued growth and success.

Working along-side the Contract Manager and Senior Management Team to increase sales and revenue across the following areas:

• Leads/sales generated from recommendations along with offering advice/guidance on increasing commission and motivating team members to do so
• Public and Private sector opportunities as presented by internal managers
• Identifying opportunities from the existing client base

Role Responsibilities:

• Supporting the sales process
• Working closely with the sales team to identify leads and monthly campaigns
• Dealing with and qualifying technical leads for quote processing
• Monthly reporting - lead progression, sales & commission
• Assisting with the preparation and submission of PQQ’s and supplier questionnaires
• Identifying new opportunities for sales
• Managing live chat and email enquiries
• Ad-hoc administrative support for projects and other internal teams

Person specification:

- Business Development experience

- Experience of ITT & PQQ submissions

- Strategic thinker

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Confident with CRM’s, IT and Microsoft 365

This is a fully office-based position and due to the location of the office you will need to be able to drive. A full-time, permanent opportunity working a 35hr week, Mon - Fri. The role offers a basic salary of £25,000 with OTE £40,000, 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays and additional benefits.
