Are you a skilled Project Manager with a background in fire protection or construction-based installation projects? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and effective stakeholder management is key? We're working with a market-leading provider of advanced fire protection systems, who are looking to add a driven and organised Project Manager to their growing team.

The Role:In this exciting role, you'll oversee the safe and successful delivery of assigned installation projects - from initial planning through to commissioning. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and risk assessments
  • Oversee procurement and logistics for materials and tools
  • Lead project delivery from initiation to completion, including variation management
  • Supervise project staff and subcontractors, ensuring qualifications, safety protocols and standards are adhered to
  • Conduct regular site safety audits and ensure all required documentation is completed
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and re-forecast when required
  • Maintain project quality records and liaise with clients throughout delivery
  • Promote and uphold health, safety, and environmental standards on-site
  • Assist in wider business objectives including improving customer satisfaction and upholding company accreditations

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally in fire protection, M&E, or construction
  • Strong planning and time management capabilities
  • Proven ability to manage project resources and deliver to budget
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and team leadership skills
  • Familiar with site audits, RAMS, Toolbox Talks and relevant industry H&S procedures
  • Relevant project or construction management qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel and stay away overnight when required
