- Be the first point of contact for all Employee relations issues across the business.
- Work closely with the Head of HR to develop a positive performance management culture
- Supporting and coaching managers on all areas of the employee lifecycle with particular focus on absence and performance management
- Developing and reviewing policies and procedures ensuring the business remains compliant, HR policies, employment law and current HR best practice
