Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently supporting a business located in North Somerset who are seeking an Interim Finance Assistant (Mainly accounts payable) to join them for a period of circa 3 months. This role has hybrid working + flexible working hours + parking.
Role: Finance Assistant (Accounts Payable)
Duration: Circa 3 months
Start date: W/c 22nd April
Working pattern: Full time - 35 hours a week. Hybrid - 1/2 days a week in the office
Role:
- Managing the accounts payable ledger - Processing invoices into the system
- Matching PO numbers
- Nominal coding
- Resolving queries
- Managing the inbox
- Assisting with the receivables ledger
- Supplier statement reconciliations
Skills/experience needed:
- Proven experience in managing an Accounts Payable ledger
- Willing to learn, ability to pick things up quickly
- Reliable
- Computer literate
- Studying/Studied AAT - Desirable
- High attention to detail
- Experience in managing an Accounts Receivables ledger - Desirable
