Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently supporting a business located in North Somerset who are seeking an Interim Finance Assistant (Mainly accounts payable) to join them for a period of circa 3 months. This role has hybrid working + flexible working hours + parking.

Role: Finance Assistant (Accounts Payable)

Duration: Circa 3 months

Start date: W/c 22nd April

Working pattern: Full time - 35 hours a week. Hybrid - 1/2 days a week in the office

Role:

  • Managing the accounts payable ledger - Processing invoices into the system
  • Matching PO numbers
  • Nominal coding
  • Resolving queries
  • Managing the inbox
  • Assisting with the receivables ledger
  • Supplier statement reconciliations

Skills/experience needed:

  • Proven experience in managing an Accounts Payable ledger
  • Willing to learn, ability to pick things up quickly
  • Reliable
  • Computer literate
  • Studying/Studied AAT - Desirable
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience in managing an Accounts Receivables ledger - Desirable
