Service/Logistics Manger - 6-Month Fixed Term Contract

We are currently looking for a Service/Logistics Manager for a 6-month FTC with a well-established provider of power backup and charging solutions. This role will lead a team of engineers and administrators, overseeing service operations and providing technical support on DC battery chargers and UPS systems.

Key Responsibilities

•              Manage a team of field service engineers and administrators

•              Oversee daily operations of the Service Department

•              Provide technical support and coordinate training

•              Support P&L performance and seek opportunities to grow revenue

•              Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and compliance

•              Collaborate with internal teams and support customers on-site when needed

Skills and Qualifications:

•              Proven experience managing technical/service teams

•              HND in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent

•              Knowledge of UPS systems and battery technologies (desirable)

•              Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

•              Proficient in Microsoft Office; MRP experience is a bonus
