  • Provide high-quality customer service for both existing and prospective clients, ensuring a professional and friendly approach.
  • Address invoicing queries and escalate when necessary.
  • Liaise with waste loaders to resolve service issues, ensuring smooth operations
  • Collaborate with senior managers and other internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client accounts and services.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including updating systems and preparing reports
About youThe successful candidate(s) should have:
  • Strong customer service skills, with experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in sales, particularly in a paid-for service environment.
  • Ability to manage and resolve invoicing queries efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with senior managers.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using IT systems for record keeping and communication
