We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer and other members of the Executive team. This role is integral to the smooth running of the executive office and requires a candidate with exceptional time management and communication skills.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Manage diaries of Executive team members, ensuring effective time management and prioritisation.
  • Organise meetings, events, travel, and hospitality as requested.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and meeting materials.
  • Draft, update, and maintain documents, reports, administration systems, and project documentation.
  • Liaise with third parties and external stakeholders, upholding a positive company image.
  • Organise workload to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships across the organisation.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required by the Executive team.
  • Comply with regulatory conduct rules and notify regulators of pertinent matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a PA, secretarial, or administrative role supporting Senior Management.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Ability to create and maintain accurate reports and documentation.
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a proactive, professional, and flexible approach to work.
