If you are an experienced administrator working in financial services and you're looking to progress down the paraplanning route, this role could for you. A local IFA firm to Aylesbury is looking for an administrator to help them with a range of tasks and they'll help you through your level four diploma to become a paraplanner if that's what you wish. You'll earn a competitive salary and be supported to progress within the business.

The Business

They are a holistic focussed, financial planning firm based in the Aylesbury area. They have been operating for over 20 years and are a chartered status business. They hold the client at the heart of all they do and touch upon most areas of advice, which has helped them build their brand name over this period. The firm has a keen founding in using technology and use modern tools, software and AI to support their advice process. Due to business levels always increasing, they are looking for an IFA administrator to join the team.

The Role

As an IFA administrator working within this business, you'll carry out a wide range of duties. From the more technical side of processing new business and supporting the LOA process, to speaking with clients and helping with questions and queries. You'll be working with the advisors and other support staff in the business to support them in providing advice to their clients. You'll work closely with the leadership team to identify any areas of improvement, whether that's with systems, operations, processes, etc. There will be various administrative tasks such as organising client files, following up tasks, speaking with providers, etc. There is a clear path of progression into paraplanning for those who want it.
