We are recruiting for a Lead Generation Specialist for a company based in Aylesbury. Salary is dependant on experience and there is also a competitive bonus scheme. Hybrid working is available and can be flexible around you! For days when you are in the office, the company are close to the train station in the town centre however there is no parking on site. This is a full time, permanent opportunity, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
Duties will include:
- Identifying sales leads via email campaigns, social media and via the telephone
- Building solid relationships by initiating introductions and follow-up communication
- Prepare and analyse dashboard and sales pipeline reports
- Plan and carry out mailing campaigns to target clients
- Create marketing materials including newsletters and brochures
- Execute product demonstrations and pitches to potential clients
- Keep up to date with and feedback on market trends and pricing strategies
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to explore opportunities
You will be required to have proven sales experience with a strong understanding of CRM and campaign management. Travelling will be part of the role, requiring you to attend events and client meetings.
Relationship building and communication are key with this role, something that will come naturally to an experienced sales person. Including the ability to negotiate and drive direction with clients and relationships. You must be able to make informed decisions and assist with key sales and business growth.
