My client is a respected and established Financial Services company who currently require an experienced Finance Administrator to join their friendly accounts team. Duties will include:

  • Supporting daily and monthly processes such as reconciliation's, accruals and prepayments
  • Analysing and reconciling a range of data around premiums, claims and other financial transactions
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable, bank recs and VAT returns
  • Ensuring bank accounts are suitably funded for daily / weekly transactions
  • Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc duties

Applicants must be numerate, highly organised and possess a keen eye for detail. You must be able to analyse and reconcile finances / data using a range of software. Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive approach along with a keen willingness to develop are key attributes. Previous finance experience is advantageous along with any progress towards the AAT or the willingness to study.
