Our client, a well-established specialist manufacturer, is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts payable administrator to support their growing team.

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth order processing, accurate invoicing, and excellent customer service.

Salary £24,000 with a bonus per month (up to £250.00 a month) plus an additional christmas bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing purchase orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Issuing sales transaction invoices to maintain smooth financial operations.
  • Handling customer enquiries via phone, providing professional support.
  • Maintaining organised filing systems for easy access to customer information.
  • Expediting orders through coordination with internal teams and affiliated companies.
  • Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets with key order and customer data.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Experience with purchase orders and invoicing is beneficial.
  • Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
