This Accounts Payable Specialist role near Aylesbury could be a great fit if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience managing high volumes of finance transactions. A fluent German speaker is required as you will be liaising with the German office.
What You’d Be Doing
The business are in the process of implementing an automated system so and duties will include:
- Manually processing invoices (until the new system is up and running)
- Dealing with queries and resolving any issues
- Matching of invoices
- Setting up accounts
- Dealing with credit notes
- Dealing with any duplications
- Reconciliations
- Coding of invoices
What They’re Looking ForA fluent German speaker with experience of working in Accounts Payable and processing of invoices. Ideally you will have worked in a high volume environment, you will need excellent communication skills as you will work with the team both in the UK and in the International offices.
