We are currently seeking a Lab Technician for an immediate start to provide temporary support at our facility located in Haddenham. This role is crucial for maintaining our laboratory operations, particularly within the Food Manufacturing sector.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Checking equipment and stock levels, ordering supplies from the factory as required.
  • Labelling, sorting, and storing lab samples efficiently.
  • Performing laboratory testing and compounding of dry seasoning blends.
  • Completing clerical tasks including printing and filing reports, organising sample shipments, and managing paperwork to support laboratory activities.
  • Assisting with laboratory cleaning and maintenance to ensure a safe and orderly work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous lab experience or experience working in Food Manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment and testing procedures.
  • Strong organisational skills for managing samples and reports.
  • Ability to perform clerical tasks with attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to maintaining stock levels and laboratory cleanliness.
