Description

  • Coordinate investigations of quality issues, ensuring root cause analysis and preventive solutions.
  • Follow up on corrective and preventive actions after audits.
  • Collect, analyse, and report quality performance metrics to the company.
  • Interface with customers and authorities on audits, corrective actions, and quality matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide guidance on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Represent quality at program meetings and reviews.
  • Report on quality issues, trends, and losses to programs.
  • Assist in preparing and certifying product release documentation.
  • Support customer/supplier Source Inspection or Delegate Product Review Verification activities.
  • Develop and support a business improvement culture through activities like process mapping, lean, and continuous improvements

Profile

  • Ability to Identify and co-ordinate investigations arising from Quality issues through to their documented conclusion, with supporting root cause analysis and solutions to prevent re-occurrence.
  • Ability to encourage development and improvement in the client's business processes and promote a culture of quality awareness.
  • Ability to develop and support of a business improvement culture and associated activities e.g. process mapping, lean, continuous improvements etc.
  • Be willing to travel for work purposes.
  • Typically a relevant Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
