Management on SLA for each of our customers requirements.
Daily admin management.
Dealing with customer complaints and expediting the resolution of the complaint.
Management of a small team.
Task completion on our system is complete.
Team player.

To ensure our system is up to date.
Dealing with all communications we receive from our customers.
Make sure thier customers are up to date.
Any issues are resolved in a timely manner
Ensure the team morale is great.
