Sales Administrator

Salary: £24,000 per annumHours: Office-based, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 (30-minute break)Location: High WycombeBenefits: Onsite parking, 23 days annual leave (3 days to be used over the Christmas period)
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls quickly and efficiently.
- Liaise with customers, company representatives, and suppliers via telephone and email.
- Manage emails containing orders for processing, pricing requests, product data, queries, or complaints.
- Process quotes, proformas, and sales orders.
- Provide customers with order confirmations and delivery details.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Perform ad hoc duties, including filing paperwork, accepting deliveries, greeting visitors, and sending out product literature.

- Well-presented with a good sense of humour.
- Excellent standard of written and spoken English and numeracy.
- A team player with good communication skills and manner with customers and colleagues—written, verbal, and face-to-face.
