Sales Administrator

Salary: £24,000 per annumHours: Office-based, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 (30-minute break)Location: High WycombeBenefits: Onsite parking, 23 days annual leave (3 days to be used over the Christmas period)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone calls quickly and efficiently.
  • Liaise with customers, company representatives, and suppliers via telephone and email.
  • Manage emails containing orders for processing, pricing requests, product data, queries, or complaints.
  • Process quotes, proformas, and sales orders.
  • Provide customers with order confirmations and delivery details.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Perform ad hoc duties, including filing paperwork, accepting deliveries, greeting visitors, and sending out product literature.
