Industry Manager (Retail - South)Reports to: Head of External Sales & Key Accounts

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Industry Manager to own and expand a portfolio of key accounts, focusing on retail consumables and shop fittings within the fashion sector. If you have a talent for building connections, closing deals, and delivering outstanding service, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, forging strong relationships and driving new business in the retail/fashion space.
  • Regularly connect with clients to promote our top-tier products, meet sales targets, and achieve growth.
  • Dive into new business acquisition, cross-sell products, and maximize account potential.
  • Keep tabs on market trends to uncover fresh opportunities and work closely with marketing to re-engage lapsed clients.
  • Use our CRM to stay organized, maintain forecasting accuracy, and share insights with the team.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years in external sales, ideally in retail consumables or shop fittings, with hands-on experience in managing accounts independently.
  • Knowledge of national retail, ideally fashion-focused, and strong industry insight.
  • Exceptional communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
