We are seeking an experienced Crane/Lifting Operations Supervisor to join the HS2 Project creating bridges and structures. This role involves lift supervision while coordinating with form workers and groundwork gangs on the HS2 project.

Key Requirements:
  • CPCS Blue Card (Crane/Lifting Operations)
  • SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
  • Safety Critical Medical
  • Ideally EKFB Inducted
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in crane/lifting supervision
General Duties:
  • Supervise lifting operations to ensure safe and efficient execution.
  • Plan and coordinate lifting activities, working closely with form workers, crane operators, and groundworkers.
  • Conduct risk assessments and toolbox talks for lifting operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee the setup and positioning of cranes and lifting equipment.
  • Monitor the condition of lifting equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during operations and coordinate with the project team for resolution.
