We are supporting this fantastic brand as they look to recruit a Contact Centre Customer Loyalty / Retentions Advisors on a full-time basis starting on 3rd February. The role can be fully remote (WFH), hybrid (one day per week in the office on a Wednesday) or fully office based, depending on your preference (and your location).Do you have strong experience working in an inbound retentions capacity?This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career in retentions, working for a great insurance brand who really look after, and develop their people.
