- Using a solution focused approach, answer queries from young people and parents.
- Using your specialist knowledge of post 16 pathways in Buckinghamshire, offer signposting to young people who are not in education, employment or training. Â
- Using your knowledge of Early Help services in Buckinghamshire you will offer signposting to support services for young people and families.
- Conduct mail-merges to send emails, texts and letters to large groups of young people.
- Update young people’s records on the Buckinghamshire CCIS database with the destination information collected.
- Manage a caseload of young people
- Experience within the education sector is essential
- Knowledge of Post 16 pathways is essential
- Knowledge of Early Help services in Buckinghamshire is desired
- Must have admin, customer service & telephone experience
