The role would be working in a busy team where customer care and customer experience is top priority!
Do you have previous experience in a busy call centre environment? Have you previously done lots of phone work? Do you have knowledge and experience with KPI, call waiting times, high call volume experience?

Customer Service Advisor duties:
- Answering incoming customer and claims calls
- Carry out outbound calls to customers
- Dealing with customers enquiries
- Dealing with customers complaints
