A large, successful business based in Aylesbury are looking for several Customer Service Representatives to join them to support the growth of the company, to start on Monday 25th November.
The Role
You will be working with a number of partners in the animal care industry, delivering the highest level of customer service at all times. You will be expected to respond to customer enquiries and ensure that administration is carried out accurately, on time and to the agreed service levels. Main Responsibilities & Duties:
- Answer all Customer and Claims incoming calls efficiently.
- Outbound calling including retention and renewals.
- Respond to customer enquiries appropriately, ensuring all documentation is professional and correct.
- Deal and attempt to resolve customer complaints.
- Record and maintain accurate information.
- Provide and maintain exemplary levels of customer service at all times.
About You
We are looking for customer focussed individuals who strive to deliver the highest level of service at all times. Attributes and skills required:
- Strong customer service skills essential.
- Previous experience in a customer facing role desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Computer literate (MS Office) with keyboard skills.
- Able to communicate clearly in both verbal and written.
- Ability to work to agreed performance targets.
- Have a genuine interest in the health and wellbeing of animals.
Additional Information
- Start Date 25th November 2024.
- Hybrid - with a Wednesday in the office in Aylesbury.
- Monday - Friday 36 hours per week between 9am and 6pm on rotational shifts.
- Saturday rota 1 in 4 working 9am - 1pm, with a day off in lieu.
- Salary £22.5k.
