Salary: Up to £25,000

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00am-17:00pm

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivering high quality customer service by telephone
  • To answer calls promptly dealing with them in line with procedures, ensuring that productivity and quality targets are met
  • To listen carefully ensuring our customer needs are met
  • Comply with complex processes and regulations

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic about delivering a seamless customer experience
  • Someone who has excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • A problem solver, flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Comfortable switching between multiple IT applications with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
