Whether you live 5 miles away of 20 miles away, as long as you are able to get the office once a week there is no location cap for this position!!
We are delighted to be working closely with an amazing company based in Aylesbury who are looking to expand their customer service team!
The role would be working in a busy team where customer care and customer experience is top priority! Do you have previous experience in a busy call centre environment? Have you previously done lots of phone work?
This role isn’t speaking about a product it is speaking about a service, they are best known for winning awards and looking after their customers!
We need someone that is very organised and able to work under pressure. If working closely with different clients and providing a flawless customer experience is what you enjoy doing this could be an incredible and exciting role for you to apply for!
Customer Service Representative duties:
- Answering incoming customer and claims calls
- Carry out outbound calls to customers
- Dealing with customers enquiries
- Dealing with customers complaints
