We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our client's team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and emails from the central sales inbox, promptly resolving customer inquiries and processing their orders. ????
  • Provide general customer support and process day-to-day orders efficiently. ??
  • Liaise with other departments and be proactive in surpassing customer expectations. �?
  • Support account managers in sourcing, creating quotations, and following up on sales opportunities. ????
  • Assist in outbound shipments, booking collections for export customers, and ensuring all documentation is accurate. ????

Skills and Profile Required:

  • Previous administrative experience in a sales environment, handling inbound calls, and email communications. ??
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with good attention to detail. ???
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and demonstrate problem-solving skills. ????
  • Must Drive.
