We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our client's team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and emails from the central sales inbox, promptly resolving customer inquiries and processing their orders. ????
- Provide general customer support and process day-to-day orders efficiently. ??
- Liaise with other departments and be proactive in surpassing customer expectations. �?
- Support account managers in sourcing, creating quotations, and following up on sales opportunities. ????
- Assist in outbound shipments, booking collections for export customers, and ensuring all documentation is accurate. ????
Skills and Profile Required:
- Previous administrative experience in a sales environment, handling inbound calls, and email communications. ??
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with good attention to detail. ???
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and demonstrate problem-solving skills. ????
- Must Drive.

- Competitive salary £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience. ??
