Maintenance Co-ordinator - ThamePertemps is working exclusively with a long-standing client who is seeking to appoint a Maintenace Coordinator based within their busy head office based in Oxfordshire.We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused individual to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and providing our customers with prompt and professional service.Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 (DOE)Hours: 8am-5pmDuties:- Handling customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.- Booking service and repair appointments for our engineers- Liaising with the technical and sales teams to resolve issues efficiently.- Issuing quotes and arranging installations- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring follow-up as needed.- Ensuring service reminders are sent out and followed up- Liaising closely with our Commercial clients' customer care teamsRequirements:- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a technical/ construction/service/maintenance-related field.- Strong communication skills- A proactive problem-solver who can remain calm under pressure.- Competency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.If you would be interested, please apply, or call Corinne at Pertemps Aylesbury.
