We are recruiting for a Retention Customer Support Advisor to join a busy contact centre. This role includes handling retention and renewal calls. Policy cancellations and claims decisions.
The role is naturally KPI and target driven whilst not dropping the standard on delivering fantastic customer service at all time. This company are a truly wonderful business to work for! You will be welcomed to the business and given fantastic training and support whilst settling into the role.
Retention experience is needed!
Retention Customer Support Advisor duties:
- Answer all customer incoming calls
- Deal with customer complaints
- Handle all retention and renewal calls
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate
- Sending and receiving emails
